Warren G. "Whack" Lopp

Warren G. “Whack” Lopp, 91, of Mauckport, died Sunday, December 1, 2019, at The Willows Assisted Living near Corydon.  He was born June 26, 1928, in Harrison County, Indiana, to the late Griff L. and Birdie Funkhouser Lopp.  He was retired from Norstam Veneers near Mauckport and Underwood Motors/Mathers Eckart Ford in Corydon.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Zelma Ruth Timberlake Lopp; his son, Bobby L. Lopp; and his sister, Fredia Beanblossom.

Survivors include his sons, Warren D. Lopp (Karen) of Corydon; Ronald R. “Butch” Lopp (Marsha) of Mauckport; and David W. Lopp (Nancy) of Corydon; his daughters, Margaret A. Crawford (Paul) of New Salisbury; and Debbie S. Voyles (Terry) of Laconia; his brother, Charles W. Lopp (Naomi) of Corydon; his niece, Janet Surber of New Albany; 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 4, 2019, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Rev. Richard Goodwin will officiate.  Burial will be in Eureka Cemetery near Mauckport.

Visitation will be from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and after 9:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Ronnie, Randy and Jeremiah Lopp, Wes and Marty Snyder, Devin Johannis, Gary Hottle, and Paul Dean.  Honorary Pallbearers will be J.C. Shacklette, Algin Dunaway, and Mickey.
