V. Sue Rainbolt

V. Sue Rainbolt, 86, died Wednesday, May 23, 2018, at Indian Creek Health and Rehabilitation Center in Corydon.  She was born February 22, 1932, in Harrison County, Indiana, to the late Raymond and Agnes Markwell Miller.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Elmer Floyd Rainbolt; her son, Tim F. Rainbolt; her daughter in law, Sharon Rainbolt; and her grandson, Shaun Ryan Rainbolt.

Survivors include her sons, David R. Rainbolt (Beth) of Charlestown, Indiana and Mike W. Rainbolt (Dianna) of Hardinsburg, Indiana; her sister, Janet Taylor (Henry) of Corydon; her grandchildren, Amanda Owens (Gary), Josh Rainbolt, Brittany Sue Tyler (Chris), and Chad R. Rainbolt (Kayla); and many great grandchildren.

There will be a memorial service at 3:00 p.m. Friday, May 25, 2018, at Hursttown Cemetery near Corydon.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to the American Cancer Society.
