Richard Lee “Rick” Faulkenburg, 53, of Marengo, died Friday, August 18, 2017, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.  He was born April 15, 1964, in Corydon, Indiana.  He was a union carpenter with the Carpenter’s Local Union #175 in Louisville.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Louise Goldman Faulkenburg and his brother, Keith Faulkenburg.

Survivors include his daughter, Amber Holt (Kyle) of Corydon; his father, Cedric “Ray” Faulkenburg of Leavenworth; his brothers, Steve Faulkenburg (Anna) of English and Doug Faulkenburg (Beth) of Georgetown, Indiana; his sisters, Kim Faulkenburg (Perry) of Temple, Texas and Alyson Keaton (Scott) of Germany; his grandson, Zolten Holt; and his twin Goddaughters, Hailey and Shailey Grigsby.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 22, 2017, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Rev. Roebin Tyler will officiate.  Burial will be in Leavenworth Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday and after 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to the Alton American Legion Post #133, 407 South Frog Street, Leavenworth, Indiana 47137.

Pallbearers will be Steve and Doug Faulkenburg, Jim Lang, Marty and Turner Corn and Erik Hobbs.
