Randall Vincent “Randy” Brown, 56, of New Salisbury, died Thursday, August 17, 2017, at the University of Louisville Hospital.  He was born September 8, 1960 in Suffolk, England.  He was employed as a deckhand with the McBride Barge Company, was a member of the National Rifle Association, and he loved to hunt for arrowheads and Indian relics.

Survivors include his parents, Neal H. and Lula Belle Reed Brown; his brother, Jeffrey N. Brown (Peggy) of New Salisbury; his sisters, Terri L. Bass (Denny) of Mauckport and Sheila Conrad (Stoy) of Corydon; his lifelong companion, Ruth Hartlarobe of New Albany; and his beloved pet, Pepper.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 24, 2017, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Toney and Andrea Voyles will officiate.  Burial will be in New Amsterdam Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 12:00 – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and after 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Jeff and Matthew Brown, Denny Bass, Stoy and Andrew Conrad, and Tom Walk.
