Linda C. Voyles

Linda C. Voyles, 70, of Palmyra, died Thursday, May 24, 2018, at her home in Palmyra.  She was born January 4, 1948, in Harrison County, Indiana, to the late Lester Dewey and Beulah Iva Wolfe Reed.  She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church in Central, Indiana.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Calvin E. Voyles; and her brothers, Arthur “Bud”, James Lester and Bobby Reed.

Survivors include her sons, Mike Voyles (Deana) of Ramsey, Indiana, Scott Voyles (Cathy) of Ramsey, and Jeff Voyles (Lisa) of Salem, Indiana; her sister, Virginia Ann Phipps (Howard) of New Amsterdam, Indiana; her grandchildren, Athena Wells (Austin), Carl McIntosh, Christian Godsey, Jake Godsey, Matthew McClellan and Danielle Voyles; and 3 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 29, 2018, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Rev. Mike McCarty will officiate.  Burial will be in Kays Chapel Cemetery near Fredericksburg, Indiana.

Visitation will be from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday and after 9:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Carl McIntosh, Jeremy, Justin and Jason Cox, Austin Wells, and John Colin.  Honorary pallbearer will be Mark Farris.
