John C. “Jack” Robinson, 77, of Corydon, died Saturday, November 3, 2018, at Harrison Springs Health Campus in Corydon. He was born April 11, 1941, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to the late Robert Andrew and Colette Claire Wahl Robinson. He was a career employee of Bill’s Auto Parts in Corydon where he worked in many different departments, was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Corydon, was a U.S. Army Reserves veteran, and was an avid baseball fan having coached baseball at the “island” in Corydon for 20 years.
Survivors include his wife, Sue Garey Robinson; his sons, Preston Clark Davis-Robinson (Melinda) of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and John Charles Robinson II (Jennifer) and Christopher Robert Robinson (Kate) both of Corydon; his daughter, Neeve Michele Kibodaux (Kenneth) of Houston, Texas; 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
There will be a memorial mass for family and close friends at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 10, 2018, at St. Aloysius Gonzaga Catholic Church, 4366 Bridgetown Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. Burial will be in St. Aloysius Cemetery.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to Kindred Hospice, 391 Quartermaster Court, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130.
