William H. "Bill" Uesseler

William H. “Bill” Uesseler, 95, of Lanesville, Indiana, died Saturday, March 9, 2024, at his home in Lanesville.  He was born December 26, 1928, in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Edward and Elizabeth “Bessie” Beckort Uesseler.  He was retired from United Catalyst in Louisville, was a former construction worker, and loved woodworking and crafts.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Joann M. Groher Uesseler; his brother, Carl Uesseler; and his sisters, Jean Smith, Helen Philpot, and Edna Mae Gunther.

Survivors include his sons, Ron Uesseler (Kim) and Steve Uesseler (Bozena) both of Lanesville, and Doug Uesseler (Becky) of Corydon; his grandchildren, Justin, Meredith, Marcin, Agnes, Ian, Ariel, Danielle and Drew; and his great grandchildren, Felix, Alex and Evie.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Burial will be in Salem United Church of Christ Cemetery in New Middletown, Indiana.

Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Drew, Ian and Justin Uesseler, Felix Walther and Bryce Brocar.
