Sue Ann Woodward, 61, passed away May 22, 2017 at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville, Indiana, surrounded by her loved ones.  She was born June 8, 1955, in Queens, New York, to Florence J. Capezza Hedges and the late David B. Pinto.

Sue graduated from Corydon Central High School in 1972, was employed at the U.S. Census Bureau as a Coder, was a member of the V.F.W. Post 2950 Ladies Auxiliary in Corydon, and was a member of the catholic faith.

Survivors include her daughters, Stephanie Reed (Jeff) of Coal Valley, Illinois and Valerie Dockery (Scott) of Haubstadt, Indiana; her mother of Corydon; her sisters, Jennie Pinto of Cedar Key, Florida and Michele Roberts (Keith) of Wichita, Kansas; her grandchildren, Natasha Woodward, Jacklyn Jourdan, Kelsey Boren, Ben Woodward and Jacob Boren; and her great grandchildren, Liam Woodward, Gracelynn Freeman and Ethan Woodward.

There will be a memorial service at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, June 8, 2017, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Father Edward Gorman, OP will officiate.

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Honorary pallbearers will be Scott Dockery, Keith Roberts, Jeff Reed and Ben Woodward.
