Stanley A. Ridge

Stanley A. Ridge, 62, of Sulphur, died Tuesday, March 27, 2018, at Norton Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville.  He was born November 25, 1955, in Corydon, Indiana, to the late Frederick Ray Ridge, Sr. and Helen Tower Ridge.  He was a truck driver for Kroger for 30 years, was a member of the Community Presbyterian Church in Leavenworth, the Posey Lodge #188 F&AM in Leavenworth, the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #2794 in Corydon, and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters local #89.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Donald S. Ridge.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Armstrong Ridge; his son, Chad Smith (Ramona) of Sulphur; his brother, Frederick Ray Ridge, Jr. M.D. (Bille) of Linton, Indiana; his sister, Sharon Kay Broughton (Robert) of Marengo, Indiana; his sister in law, Leah Ann Ridge of Marysville, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Hunter Smith and Tyler and Corey Hall.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 31, 2018, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Pastor Michael Finch will officiate.  Burial will be in Leavenworth Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. Friday and after 9:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

There will be a Masonic service at 7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to the Community Presbyterian Church or Leavenworth Posey Lodge #188 F&AM.

Pallbearers will be William Ridge, Richard Brinson, Tim Ridge, Brett Tower, Bill Stonecipher, Cyle Miller, Blaine Miller, Hunter Smith, Corey Hall and Bruce Gibson.
