Sherry L. Engleman, 62, of Corydon, died Tuesday, December 19, 2017, at her home near Corydon.  She was born November 16, 1955 in New Albany, Indiana.  She was a member of the Central Christian Church in New Albany and the V.F.W. Post 2950 Ladies Auxiliary in Corydon.

She was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.

Survivors include her husband, James A. “Tick” Engleman; her son, Glenn Hawkins (Jasmyne) of Charlestown, Indiana; her daughter, Elizabeth Peters (Tim) of Charlestown; 19 grandchildren; 1 great grandson; and 9 siblings.

Visitation will be from 1:00 – 8:00 p.m. Friday, December 22, 2017, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Burial will be in the Galena Cemetery in Galena, Indiana.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to the American Cancer Society.
