Sherry Jo Gehlbach, 51, of Corydon, died Sunday, January 31, 2016, at her home near Corydon.  She was born April 1, 1964, in Harrison County, Indiana.

She was preceded in death by her father, William “Bill” Emily.

Survivors include her husband, Roger Gehlbach; her mother and step father, Charlotte and Robert Jacobs Clinton; her daughter, Megan Anderson of New Albany; her step daughters, Julie Anderson (Walter) of Corydon and Emily Gehlbach of New Albany; her brother, Terry Emily of Florida; her sisters, Cheryl Emily of Corydon and Ashley Wood (Hans) of Marengo, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Brian, Kaleb, Kylie, Elwood Cash, Thomas and Saddie.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 5, 2016, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Burial will be in Salem United Church of Christ Cemetery in New Middletown, Indiana.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Thursday and after 9:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to Salem United Church of Christ Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Clint Sharpe, Walter Anderson, David Meek, Hans Wood, Terry and Phillip Emily and Terry Faith.
