Ronald “Pat” Miller, 80, of Corydon, died Sunday, January 7, 2018, at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany.  He was born September 23, 1937, in New Albany, Indiana, to the late Raymond H. and Agnes Markwell Miller.  He was the owner of Miller & Bement Trucking, Inc. and Ronald P. Miller Logging, and he attended First Capital Christian Church in Corydon.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Margaret Ann Naegele Miller; his granddaughter, Marie Hobbs; his brothers, Jack and Raymond; and his sisters, Ruby, Margaret, Marcella, Mildred and Betty.

Survivors include his wife, Marilyn Ruth Hill Miller; his daughters, Debbie Bement (James), Linda Miller, Joann Byerley (Loyd), and Patricia Wright (Andy); his step sons, Dale Banet (Maribel) and James Banet (Denise); his step daughter, Paula Stephenson (Mike Gieseler); his sisters, Janet Taylor (Henry) and Virginia Sue Rainbolt; 19 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 9, 2018, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Rev. Randy Kirk will officiate.  Burial will be in Hursttown Cemetery near Corydon.

Visitation will be from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday and after 9:00 Tuesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Ryan Bement, Jacob Wright, Sabrina Neely, Quentin Neely, Joel Miller and Ryan Hutchinson.  Honorary pallbearer will be Tyler Bement.
