Robert L. “Bob” Pursehouse, 60, of Lanesville, died Friday, July 15, 2016, at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.  He was born June 14, 1956 in New Albany, Indiana to Katherine Messmer Pursehouse and the late Horace Thomas Pursehouse.   

Survivors include his sons, Jason Pursehouse (Sivi) and Adam Pursehouse (Trish) both of South Bend, Indiana; his daughter, Anna Blocker of Sellersburg, Indiana; his mother of Lanesville; his brothers, Thomas “Tom” Pursehouse of Glendale, Arizona and William David “Dave” Pursehouse of San Antonio, Florida; and six grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 18, 2016 at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Rev. Rick Utz will officiate.  Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon.

Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Sunday and after 9:00 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to the American Cancer Society.  

Pallbearers will be Tom Pursehouse, Jeremy Hibbs, Steve Lewis, Steve Fore, Rock Coddington and Rex Messmer.
