Margaret Catherine “Marge” Engleman, 79, of Corydon, died Monday, June 20, 2016, at Indian Creek Health and Rehabilitation Center in Corydon. She was born January 18, 1937, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Francis “Frank” and Mary Alice Clater Richardson. She was formerly employed at the Dollar Store and Berlin’s Department Store both in Corydon, the Corydon Elementary School as a lunchroom monitor, and was a member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church near Floyds Knobs, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, David Richardson.
Survivors include her husband, Bill Engleman, Sr.; her sons, Stephen Engleman (Linda), Kenny Engleman (Dana), Bill Engleman, Jr., Michael Engleman, Sr., and Mike Engleman, Jr. all of Corydon; her daughter, Leisa Hamlett (Tony) of Jeffersonville, Indiana; her brother, Don Richardson of Louisville; her sisters, Shirley Shultz (Tom) and Sarah Barnes (Alan) both of Louisville; 11 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 24, 2016, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon. Pastor Grayson Engleman will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery near Corydon.
Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Thursday and after 8:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Daniel Engleman, Jacob Crawford, Jamie Vincent, Todd Eastburn, Zack Engleman and Jasper Voyles.
