Leon Lahue, 71, of Marengo, passed away Monday, September 4, 2017, at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center in Louisville.  He was born May 9, 1946, in Leavenworth, Indiana, to the late Elmer and Litha Wise Lahue.  He was formerly employed at Holloway Construction in Groesbeck, Texas and at Brown-Forman in Louisville, was a disabled U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War, was a member of the Milltown American Legion, and a lifetime member of the Mitchell V.F.W..

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Carol Roser.

Survivors include his companion, Patty Cole of Marengo; his sons, Eric Lahue (Rosie) and Marc Lahue (Susan) both of Corydon; his brother, Eldon Lahue (Sharon) of Corydon; his grandchildren, Chase, Alec and Jessica Lahue; and many loving friends.

Funeral services will be private at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
