Jack Dean Garland, 76, of Corydon, died Monday, March 5, 2018, at the Norton Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville. He was born September 13, 1941, in Medora, Indiana, to the late Joe Garland and Nora Puckett Jeffries. He was employed as a fiber optic cable installer and was a member of Trinity Assembly of God Church near Corydon.
Survivors include his daughter, Angie Wisnoski (Chris) of Corydon; his sons, Samuel Ray Garland of Corydon, and John Paul Martin and Greg Dean Martin both of Ohio; his brother, Anthony Robert Garland of Lima, Ohio; his grandchildren, Heaven Deanne Johnson, Cory Ray Faith, Kailee Wisnoski, and Kristin Wisnoski; and his great grandchildren, Brailee Brewster and Zuree Paulley.
There will be a memorial service at 5:30 p.m. Friday, March 9, 2018, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon. Rev. Paul Greer will officiate.
Visitation will be after 2:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
