Ida B. Barrow, 93, of Corydon, died Thursday, November 2, 2017, at Corydon Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Corydon.  She was born January 7, 1924, in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, to the late David Franklin Brown and Lena Francis Coke Brown.  She attended Oak Grove United Methodist Church near Corydon.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Melvin C. Barrow; her brother, Jack Brown; and her sister, Benita Brown.

Survivors include her son, Robert Barrow (Betty) of Corydon; her daughters, Carolyn Coleman (Charles) of Corydon, Jenny Kirkham (Ron) of Palmyra, and Mary Satori (David) of Polk City, Florida; her brothers, Marvin Brown (Joyce) of Corydon, Lee Carlos Brown (Betty) of Lenoir, North Carolina, and Robert Brown (Mary Ann) of Corydon; her sister, Joan Dones of Las Vegas, Nevada; 9 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 4, 2017, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Brother Lee Brown will officiate.  Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery near Corydon.

Visitation will be from 1:00 – 8:00 p.m. Friday and after 9:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to Kindred Hospice.

Pallbearers will be Rob Barrow, Donald, Brian, David and Shelby Satori, and Cody Sturgeon.
