Christine Paris, 57, of Corydon, died Wednesday, April 5, 2017, at Baptist Health-Floyd in New Albany.  She was born July 15, 1959, in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Kenneth Alvin and Anna Mae Thompson Booker.  She worked as a server at Frisch’s, Pizza Hut and Ryan’s all in Corydon and was a devout Christian.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her granddaughter, Daytona Cook.

Survivors include her husband, Winfield Scott “Jack” Paris III; her son, Joseph Booker of Carefree, Indiana; her daughters, Estellita “Leah” Murg (Jayson) of Buckhannon, West Virginia, Faith Booker of O’Fallon, Missouri, and Hope Cunningham (Harold) of Buckhannon; her grandchildren, Jessycaray Cook, Natalie Rodgers, Claire Siegall, Zian LaFond, Savannha Carson, Garrett Thompson, C.J. Thompson, Cody Helm, Cayla Helm, Lana Cunningham, Liam Cunningham and Jacey Booker; her brothers, David, Tom, Joe, Kenny and Danny Booker; and her sisters, Terry Schreiner, Annette Jeffrey, Denise Booker and Debbie Niehaus.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 8, 2017, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.  Rev. Jim Higdon will officiate.  Burial will be in Jordan Cemetery near Corydon.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Friday and after 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to the Cancer Research and Education Fund, 2210 Green Valley Road, New Albany, Indiana 47150.

Pallbearers will be Christopher Booker, Joseph Booker, Cayla Helm, Cody Helm, Robert Dean Smith and Garrett Thompson.
