Brian Keith Jackson, 48, of Corydon, died Wednesday, March 1, 2017. He was born August 20, 1968, in Augusta, Georgia, to J.W. Jackson and the late Joyce Faircloth Jackson. He was a member of First Capital Christian Church in Corydon where he was a resident director of Freed From Within, was a member of the Emmaus Community, REC (Residents Encounter Christ), and the Indiana Mule and Draft Horse Association, and was a retired carnival worker and commercial truck driver.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Ann “Tricia” Ferren Jackson; his step sons, David Dooley of Lanesville and Daniel Dooley of Elizabeth; his brothers, Randall Jackson of Goodwin, North Carolina and Andy Jackson (Donna) of Roseboro, North Carolina; his sister, Lori Jackson of Guthrie, Oklahoma; his half sister, Terri Lynn Brown of Guthrie; and his grandchildren, Lexus, Bryden, Gracie, Wyatt, Nathan, Reece, Phoenix and Raven.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 6, 2017, at First Capital Christian Church in Corydon. Pastor Donnie Whitlow will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery near Lanesville.
Visitation will be from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. Sunday and after 9:00 a.m. Monday at the church.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to Freed From Within, 305 Oliver Street, Corydon, Indiana 47112.
Pallbearers will be residents from Freed From Within.
