Billy was a fixture around Noblesville for many years. He enjoyed sewing his own clothes and collecting bicycles! He always had a smile on his face. I know he will be welcomed by all the angels in heaven. Truly a child of God!😇

Thank you Orme family for taking care of Billy, We had wondered what had happened to him. He spent a lot of time at our house on Maple Avenue watching stock car races; he was a huge fan and would ride his bike to the Anderson speed way to watch the figure eight and other racing events. And we missed him! What a kind soul and now he is with his savior Jesus, God bless all who cared for and loved him and give you peace.

I remember you so well when I was a child and you would always hang out at B&W Pizza 🍕 I think because you were 😍 in love with my Mom ( Linda Brooks)
And of course you loved our pizzas too. You were such a funny man always telling jokes and you had a very big kind caring heart ❤️ as well. I remember when you left to be with the 🎡 carnival. It was the talk of the town.. Just know you were missed when you left.. And worried about as well because you were very known in our town of Noblesville In.
May your family find Comfort as they lay you to rest my friend..?🤝🙏🏼

As I learned of my uncle Billy's passing through Facebook this morning it brings back fun memories, funnier stories, and of course, he never met a stranger. From the Taylor family, we thank everyone who has helped Billy along the way. He was good to everyone and deserves his wings.

To the Orme family, thank you for what you have done for Billy. I posted his obit. this morning on You Know You Are From Noblesville When Facebook page. The response and the stories about Billy have been overwhelming. He was a wonderful person and very likeable. I hope you can get on the Facebook page and read all of the responses. Thank you again for watching over our local friend.

Billy was a neighbor and friend in Noblesville. He spent many evenings in our livingroom watching WWF wrestling. I never knew where Billy was but knew someone was helping him. I'm so glad I got to see this and thankful to his adoptive family. May he rest in Heaven! Please let me know when he will be buried in Noblesville so I can try to be there. I would like to put flowers on his grave also. Thank u my friend Billy for being my friend and neighbor! Miss u always!!!

The Taylor family were my neighbors years ago in Noblesville. I remember Billy well, he often stopped by and we would sit on the porch spinning yarns. It's strange that I thought of the Taylor's just a couple of days ago, and I wondered about Billy. To all of his family and friends may you find comfort, knowing he is without pain and at peace.

What a loss! We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Billy. I never saw him without a smile. It will be hard to adjust to life without Billy I am sure but he's up there in heaven entertaining all the angels with his stories.
